Chapter 1
Once upon a time, three brave teens named Chris, Janet, and Jack, were training to become space soldiers. They would have to train for hours everyday, go to special classes, and do training simulators. They were all very devoted kids, but they couldn’t resist pranks. They pranked their instructor, their friends, and even their families. These teens were three of five selected to retrieve a long lost space technology. The other students joining them were Zack and Alex. They all put on their suits and stepped into the Spaceship. 3! 2! 1! “You have permission to takeoff.” The flight instructor boomed over the sound system. “There’s no room for mistakes.” Alex declared. Once they were in orbit, Jack was looking for a snack. “What do we have in here?” Jack asked the group. “Don’t touch that!” Zack snapped. “Why?” Jack asked quietly. “Because we need those rations to survive!” Zack yelled. “Okay, geez.” Jack said. “Guys, we got a problem!” Janet exclaimed. Everyone sped to the control pad. “That’s a lot of asteroids.” Chris said. “And it gets worse.” Janet said. “If we don’t do something about the asteroids, they’ll knock us off course!” Janet yelled. Chris quickly took control of the ship and flew it under the asteroid field. They flew for a few more hours before the planet came into view. “The technology is probably in there!” Alex boomed, filled with excitement.
